A Curated Collection of Seattle’s Downtown Condo Buildings

Olga Dyckman has a serious passion for downtown condominiums, and she wanted a single space where she could send her clients to learn about the condo buildings themselves, browse listings in that building, and learn more about the neighborhood. She wanted something that was intuitive, smart, simple and that really captured a snapshot with ease.

Our hope was to create a space that was fresh and fun to wander through; a place to get lost but where it was easy to find your way. We needed to brand it but not so much that the condo buildings themselves (which are spectacular, by the way) got lost in the design. Wordsmithing was crucial to the project and there was no shortage of research.

The logo design nearly jumped off the page, and the pieces kept coming together as we worked with a web designer as well as a wonderful copywriter. Other brokers donated from their significant image stashes, reached across brokerage boundaries to give feedback and encouragement and no amount of time was spent learning about each property and each neighborhood to showcase the highlights.

The end goal for the site is for the broker to be able to start tracking leads, connecting to her clients and helping them find the condo that fits for them.
